Description We are offering a contract opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in Dallas, Texas. This role operates within the real estate industry and requires a thorough understanding of real estate law. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare and review real estate transactional documents, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review real estate transactional documents and contracts

• Handle title work and oversee title disputes and negotiations

• Address issues concerning mechanics liens and bond claims

• Provide legal advice on regulations and potential legal liabilities

• Conduct comprehensive research relating to complex legal implications in real estate deals

• Collaborate with clients to discern their needs and develop strategies to achieve their objectives

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all transactional practices

• Utilize extensive knowledge in statutory notices as part of real estate transactions

• Handle real estate - title, mechanics liens, bonds, contracts, and statutory filings. Requirements • Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Must be admitted to practice law in the state

• Proven experience as an attorney, specifically with a focus on Real Estate Law

• Proficiency in Real Estate - Title

• Experience with Mechanics Liens, Bonds, Contracts, and Statutory Filings

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High ethical standards and professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues

• Willingness to continue learning and improving legal skills.
