Description
Our downtown Dallas client is seeking a Compensation Sr Manager/Director for a 6 to 12 month engagement. 100% onsite. Mush have experience with the Workday compensation module and managing a team.
This role primarily involves conducting job analysis, executing organizational studies, developing pay plans, and managing related compensation functions. You will be part of an industry that is constantly evolving, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Details:
Must have strong Workday experience—understand how to optimize Workday from a compensation viewpoint
Advanced Compensation module experience
Has managed and led a Compensation team (not Benefits)
Able to prioritize what is urgent vs what is important
Able to delegate effectively
Able to work well with Payroll department under Finance & Accounting
Will lead the department – 5-10 resources
Strong management skills
Solid project management skills
Software: Workday compensation module, required
Excel Skills: Solid Excel

Strategic thinking in complex environment
Requirements • Proficiency in qualitative analysis is required
• Demonstrated experience in annual compensation planning and execution
• Familiarity with conducting and interpreting compensation surveys
• Expertise in executive compensation strategies and implementation
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits structures
• Knowledge of HR law and its application in compensation and benefits is essential
