Currently, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, concerns, and technical issues.

  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

  • Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales and Technical Support, to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues to management for resolution.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures.

  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to better assist customers.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction, common issues, and potential improvements.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.

  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
