This position is ideal for those seeking to apply their tax preparation skills in a dynamic, rewarding, and flexible environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate tax returns on behalf of our clients

  • Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenses

  • Identify potential tax credits and liabilities ensuring accurate and complete returns are filed on time

  • Assist clients in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports

  • Remain updated of changes in tax laws and regulations providing advice to clients accordingly

  • Address customer queries and concerns related to preparation of their taxes

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tax Preparer

  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures

  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and detailed understanding of tax data systems

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail

  • Relevant certification (such as CPA, EA) is a plus
