Robert Half Accounting Clerk in Dania Beach, Florida
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the Service industry, based in Dania Beach, Florida. The role involves precise organization, data entry, and handling of customer inquiries. This role will primarily operate during a typical Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm business hours setting.
Responsibilities:
• Scan and save files online systematically for easy retrieval
• Attach scanned files to respective accounting transactions in our bookkeeping software
• Maintain accurate records of all scanned and saved files
• Assist in shredding unnecessary paperwork to maintain a clutter-free workspace
• Utilize software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks to ensure smooth financial operations
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately
• Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed
• Handle any other related tasks as may be assigned during the contract period. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Billing procedures
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Knowledge of Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of SAP software
