Description We are on the search for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to be a part of our team. Based in Danvers, Massachusetts, this job function includes managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and ensuring accurate billing. This role presents an opportunity for long-term contract employment.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Overseeing and maintaining up-to-date customer credit records.
• Handling AR invoicing and cash applications.
• Effectively managing billing processes.
• Using software like Oracle and Microsoft Excel to maintain records and perform account reconciliation.
• Taking appropriate actions for customer account monitoring.
• Handling cash collections and commercial collections effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is crucial
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Must be skilled in Billing processes
• Knowledge of Cash Applications is necessary
• Demonstrated ability in Cash Collections is expected
• Familiarity with Commercial Collections is a prerequisite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed
• Experience with Oracle is an advantage
