Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Danvers, Massachusetts

Description Customer Service Representatives will be preferred for this position via Robert Half if they love building solid customer relationships. This Customer Service Representative position is an excellent career opportunity for someone who is articulate and highly-skilled. This Danvers, Massachusetts Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary opportunity. This position is located in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

Key responsibilities

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • 2+ years of past relevant experience

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office

  • Call Center Customer Service experience desired

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
