Description Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close and Financial Reporting:

o Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

o Prepare and present consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

o Manage and improve financial reporting systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A):

o Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in collaboration with business unit leaders.

o Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

o Develop and implement financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.

o Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics, recommending actions to drive profitability and operational improvements.

• Acquisition Integration:

o Lead financial integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless transitions in systems, processes, and financial reporting.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, HR) to harmonize processes and financial controls across newly acquired entities.

o Implement consistent financial policies, procedures, and internal controls across the organization.

• Change Management:

o Act as a key driver of change, supporting the transformation of financial processes, organizational structures, and systems.

o Ensure the finance team adapts to the evolving needs of a scaling business, introducing best practices and efficiencies.

o Support training and development initiatives for the finance team and newly acquired company personnel to align with corporate standards.

• Team Leadership and Development:

o Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

o Build and scale the finance organization as the company grows, including hiring, training, and developing new team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA highly preferred).

• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a Controller or senior financial leadership role.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with cost accounting.

• Private equity experience and a proven track record of working with portfolio companies is a plus.

• Demonstrated success in managing the financial integration of acquisitions.

• Exceptional skills in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.

• Comfortable with change management and driving process improvements in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Requirements • Proven experience in the field of Hi Tech Engineering

• Strong knowledge of Auditing processes and principles

• Proficiency in Budget Processes and Annual Financial Reporting

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Reporting and Internal Financial Reporting

• Experience in preparing Annual Forecasts and Cash Flow Forecasts

• Ability to conduct Financial Forecast and Financial Statement Preparation

• Proficiency in performing Month End Close

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in relevant software and technology

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
