Our client is growing and we are partnering with them to grow a few of their key customer support and operations teams!

We are hiring for multiple Customer Service Specialists who will connect with customers via phone. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will working within a team which engages with customers along their purpose of simplifying medication adherence. A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls, speaking to new customers to verify information or answer any questions and set expectations in regards to receiving their first box.

The team audits customer profiles to ensure they are providing the most complete package of medications to the customer as possible. This team will also follow the delivery of the first box and contact customers to ensure the box was received and answer any questions the patient may have. A successful candidate will have technical accuracy, customer service skills, and conform to company policies to insure a valuable customer experience.

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing

  • Able to collaborate with healthcare professionals

  • Strong interpersonal and “people” skills

  • Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders

  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
