Responsibilities:
Provide technical support: Respond to IT-related queries, issues, and requests from employees and other stakeholders, both in-person and remotely, in a timely and efficient manner.
System maintenance: Monitor and maintain our network, servers, and computer systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software problems, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
User management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and access levels to various systems and applications.
Data security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive information, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with teams: Work closely with different departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions to enhance their productivity.
Recommend improvements: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the company's IT infrastructure, processes, and software, and suggest viable improvements.
Research and stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in IT, sharing knowledge with the team and applying relevant advancements where appropriate.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Training and support: Assist in training employees on using hardware, software, and IT tools effectively and efficiently.
Vendor coordination: Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you possess substantial relevant experience.
Experience working in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
Technical skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, experience with networking protocols, and familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
Solution-oriented mindset: Ability to approach problems creatively and develop practical and effective solutions.
Strong communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative nature: A team player who can collaborate with colleagues from various departments to achieve common goals.
