Operations Manager Position Available – Fortune 500 Company – High Mid-Level Position. 6 Month contract to start ( Target is to full-time on full-time - the right candidate)

M-F 8am – 5pm (Need capability to work remote and on-site as needed) Can be flexible on hours.

In this position – You will work with Account Managers to support service needs across vertical market. Establish relationship with clients, negotiate & execute on service needs and grow share of wallet with client. Ensure service operations for the client runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.

Key team member – communication with the team is a must

Remote – work from home office is needed at this time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of companies or public and private sector organizations.

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, full-time and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.

Requirements

*Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2-4 years’ experience required.

5+ years of experience in service operations or National Account Management needed.

Bachelors Degree + 5 years’ experience or 10 years of work experience total

Must be able to work remotely with minimal supervision

Nice to have knowledge in Commercial HVAC NA and EMEA

Looking for a detail oriented to work on negotiations, account management, and running service operations

Excellent communication skills for both t l and external customers
