Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bank Teller/MSR in Davie, Florida. This role involves executing frontline teller duties within the banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks, from processing transactions to managing customer relationships in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Execute teller transactions which include cashing checks, depositing money, and handling loan payments.

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on bank policies and regulations.

• Uphold the credit union's compliance standards in all activities.

• Maintain a positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Work discreetly with sensitive customer information.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act and other relevant regulations.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure correct bank balances.

• Perform duties in line with bank policies and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in handling bank deposits and maintaining bank balances with accuracy.

• Solid understanding and adherence to bank policies and regulations.

• Familiarity with the Bank Secrecy Act and its applications in daily operations.

• Ability to process various bank transactions efficiently and correctly.

• Excellent customer service skills to assist and guide customers in their banking activities.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all transactions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with customers and team members.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and transaction processing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness due to the sensitive nature of the work.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per bank operational hours.
