Description
The Branch Operations Specialist will handle customer service calls, sales and collection calls, and ensure clients receive top-notch service. This Branch Operations Specialist role is a contract to hire opportunity located in Decatur AL.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle incoming customer service calls and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Sales:
Make outbound sales calls to promote financial products.
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
Achieve sales targets.
Collections:
Conduct collection calls for overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements.
Maintain records of collection activities.
Branch Operations:
Assist in daily branch operations.
Support administrative tasks and reporting.
Maintain a professional branch environment.
Requirements - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
Prior customer success or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
Proven knowledge and familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs
Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Excellent business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
