Robert Half International Benefits Administrator in Deer Park, Texas

Description Our client is searching for a Benefits Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company with great benefits.

This position will be responsible for all benefits administration and answering any and all questions from the employees. They should also be well versed in terminations and COBRA. They will need to be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.

As a part of the HR team, this position will also assist the recruiting team. Tasks will include assisting with new hire paperwork, onboarding and light recruiting. Requirements Benefits Administration
