Accounting Assistant/ Clerk Duties:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Proficient with processing and coding invoices.
Experience with cutting checks and processing ACH payments.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Handle debits and credits accurately.
Conduct data entry with precision.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not required.
