Description We are in search of a CFO to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role involves providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing cash-based accounting processes, and driving financial planning and analysis to support the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s structure, ensuring consistent growth and stability.

• Provide insights into financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities at both the entity and consolidated levels.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, focusing on optimizing liquidity.

• Ensure accurate cash-based accounting across all entities, maintaining a consistent approach to cash flow management.

• Develop procedures for inter-entity transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure seamless cash flow across the company.

• Lead the preparation of entity-level and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with cash-based accounting standards.

• Consolidate financial data across entities, providing actionable insights and reporting that guide strategic business decisions.

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

• Manage cash flow for each entity, ensuring that sufficient liquidity is available to support operations, capital needs, and intercompany obligations.

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team skilled in multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and compliance. Requirements

CPA REQUIRED

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required

• Must have knowledge of Business systems

• Strategic Tax Planning

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Auditing skills are required

• Experience with Budget Processes is essential

• Proficiency in Capital Management is expected

• Must have experience in Cash Flow Analysis
