Robert Half HR Generalist in Deerfield Beach, Florida

Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our client, in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As an HR Generalist, your primary role will be to manage and improve our human resources processes, including recruiting, management, and compliance. This role is crucial to maintaining our company's functionality and success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Manage and maintain the ADP Workforce Now and ATS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as FMLA.

• Utilize Ceridian and Dayforce systems to manage HR functions effectively.

• Maintain effective communication lines within the organization, promoting a positive and open work environment.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.

• Provide support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles

• Demonstrated knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing talent along with handling benefit functions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to ensure HR practices are compliant with state and federal regulations.

• Strong background in employee relations.

• Experience with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
