Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Deerfield Beach, Florida

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the human resources department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and be capable of handling various administrative HR tasks. This role requires the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and contribute to the overall efficiency of our HR operations.

Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks Coordinate new permanent onboarding and orientation activities Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to benefits Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees Support the performance management process, including tracking evaluations and training sessions Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Support HR projects and initiatives as needed Requirements RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in an HR administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
