Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the telecom services industry, located in Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442, United States. The role is centered around coordinating and overseeing various projects, specifically related to AutoCAD drafting and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed technical drawings and schematics, including 3D models.

• Apply hands-on experience with Solid Works for various projects.

• Leverage extensive knowledge and experience in schematic/product drawings/architecture for project planning and implementation.

• Demonstrate proficiency in manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering as it relates to project coordination.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking.

• Maintain and manipulate databases relevant to project details and progression.

• Implement and manage EO/IR systems as part of project responsibilities.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data management, communication, and scheduling.

• Apply knowledge of About Time for effective project time management.

• Oversee budget processes to ensure projects are financially feasible and profitable.

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are clear and met.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project coordination process.

• Utilize Autocad Electrical for various project needs. Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks

• Demonstrated experience with database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email communication

• Familiarity with 'About Time' for time tracking and project management

• Understanding of budget processes for project cost management

• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction

• Experience in the construction industry, preferably in telecom services

• Excellent customer service skills for client satisfaction and retention

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and designing telecom infrastructure
