Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Admin in the Telecom Services industry. The role will be based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a Systems Admin, you will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring optimal system performance, and maintaining data security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to staff, ensuring efficient use of hardware and software.

• Enhance system performance by monitoring hardware, software, and overall system functionality.

• Secure data by collaborating with 3rd party Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure system security and coordinate backup and firewall support.

• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding tasks along with Intune device management.

• Maintain and create databases for asset tracking.

• Provide basic support for VoIP telephone system, telephones, copiers, etc.

• Train end-users on hardware functionality and specific software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Update computer software and upgrade hardware and systems as needed.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, and Computer Hardware. Requirements

• Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies

• Solid knowledge of Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with Firewall Technologies

• Experience with AB Testing techniques

• Proficiency in Active Directory management

• Understanding of Backup Technologies

• Experience conducting Cluster Analysis

• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
