Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting clients with organizing their financial lives which could include:
Limited partnership management
Tax organization (not preparation)
Preparing consolidated cash flow statements
Bill payment
Firm accounts receivable/payable
Processing of employee expense reports
Timely and accurate processing of payroll
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Previous experience (3 years or more) as an accountant or bookkeeper
Experience with Limited Partnerships preferred (understands types of distributions)
Experience with Quickbooks or Great Plains preferred
Highly proficient in Excel; proficient in Word and Outlook
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
