Robert Half Corporate Paralegal in Deerfield, Illinois
Description
We are partnering with a forward-thinking innovation company seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their thriving legal team. The primary emphasis of this role is domestic and international subsidiary corporate maintenance, and it is hybrid in Deerfield, Illinois (3 days in office/2 days WFH).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Corporate Governance & Subsidiary/Entity maintenance (preferably 5+ years in a law firm or corporate legal department)
Proven experience assisting with Board of Directors responsibilities
Experience drafting and filing of corporate formations, qualifications, withdrawals, and consolidations, annual reports, apostilles, and legalizations
Familiarity with the drafting of governing documents, including bylaws, limited liability company agreements, and partnership agreements
Familiarity with Diligent Boardbooks and Corporation Service Center records management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
