Description A Robert Half client is looking for a Spanish bilingual Patient Services Representative for a full-time opportunity. This position is 100% on-site until the candidate is fully trained. At that point, the individual can work from home 1 day/week.
The Patient Services Representative will be responsible for the following: • Manage phone and website inquiries • Serve as a liaison to physician-clients, staff and patients • Collaborate on operational processes • Assist with preparation of marketing materials Requirements Customer Service, Superior Customer Service, Liaison, Spanish Language
