Robert Half Inventory Analyst in Del Rio, Texas
Description We are offering an opportunity for an Inventory Analyst to join our team in Del Rio, Texas. This role involves monitoring and maintaining inventory records, processing customer applications, and handling customer service inquiries. This is a short-term contract position in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handle and process customer applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer credit and transactions
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
• Utilize skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Epic Software for inventory management
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and issues
• Use IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine for managing and processing data
• Adhere to safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, vests, and steel-toed boots
• Participate in morning huddles and safety training sessions
• Conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity
• Use 'About Time' software for effective time management and scheduling. Requirements • Proficiency with Epic Software is mandatory
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with ERP Solutions
• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine software
• Prior usage of About Time software
• Auditing skills
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
• Demonstrated Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
