Description We are in search of a meticulous Clerk to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, the Clerk will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, title and registration applications, form completion, and fee calculation. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process data entry tasks and prepare necessary documents

• Complete title and registration applications for vehicles

• Calculate fees and state dues accurately, ensuring compliance with state regulations

• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Efficiently complete forms related to the functions of the role

• Provide efficient and dependable service, adapting to a fast-paced work environment

• Utilize organizational skills to effectively multitask and manage various responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements • The applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent level of education.

• Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role.

• The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• The applicant should be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, is required.

• The candidate should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure are essential.

• The applicant must possess a professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.

• A background in customer service or related field would be advantageous.

• The candidate should be capable of maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
