Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Delray Beach, Florida

Description We are offering an opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, based in Delray Beach, Florida. This role primarily involves making outbound calls, liaising with DMVs throughout the country, and updating information. As part of your responsibilities, you'll be expected to manage data entry tasks and maintain detail oriented communication with our contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to DMVs across the country to inquire about paperwork and retrieve updates.

• Accurately enter information for the updates into the system.

• Maintain detail oriented communication with DMVs and other contacts.

• Follow up on documents and check their statuses regularly.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks.

• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to all contacts.

• Schedule appointments as required.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner.

• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely responses

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Capable of performing order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing and prioritizing multiple bookings

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle customer complaints and queries professionally

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays, if required

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in related fields preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
