Description
Our financial services client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. As a vital member of the team, you'll work closely with operating managers, staff, and the Accounting Department to drive our departmental goals and corporate strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Record journal entries
general ledgers reconciliations.
reconcile accounts
Provide accounting guidance to operations and ensure compliance
Prepare quarterly financial reports and coordinate the annual budget process.
Manage the outside audit
Assist upper management with analytical reports and presentations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university program.
Have experience in full-cycle accounting, including GL management, financial report production, and analysis.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Exhibit attention to detail and initiative.
Possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
