CIVIL LITIGATION PARALEGAL WITH A TOUCH OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

This position will allow you to learn more about Commercial Real Estate if you have a solid Civil Litigation background as a Paralegal. Ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in complex civil litigation from start to finish. In this position you will learn the complexities of real estate litigation with an understanding of corporate structure and the capacity of each entity. This position will also require you to take charge of your attorney’s calendar while maintaining deadlines, hearings and maintaining the files. Having an understanding of complex cases relevant to breach of contract will be a bonus. This position is exactly for you if you have some exposure to commercial real estate work, but not enough to land those “bigger” Commercial Real Estate jobs. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience working as Civil Litigation Paralegal

Must have extensive knowledge about Complex Civil Litigation cases and able to work on them from beginning to end

Exposure or experience working on Commercial Real Estate matters is preferred

Desire to work on large real estate portfolios for development is needed

This law firm is seeking someone who pays attention to the details and will enjoy learning more about substantial real estate transactions

Knowledge about commercial real investments is a plus

Experience with complex cases relevant to breach of contract is a huge plus
