JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Executive team is responsible for developing revenue through new customer acquisition, building relationships at various levels as well as increasing online adoption with existing customers.

The Account Executive will work closely with the Success Manager team to formulate strategy focused on providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction as well as improvements to the platform designed to increase revenue and customer adoption. You will communicate with customers over the phone, electronically as well as in person to showcase the online capabilities.

100% remote position, PST or MST preferred, along with prior recruiting or staffing experience .

Responsibilities Include:

Increasing revenue through new customer acquisition and market education using a consultative business development approach

Build relationships with key customer stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunity and online adoption

Assist customers as needed throughout online engagement process, from registration and search engagement through the interviewing stage to job offer and acceptance

Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers to showcase the online capabilities

Engage current and potential customers to gain feedback and insights to improve the platform

Provide world class customer service through telephonic, written and electronic communication with clients and candidates

Strategize with the Success Manager team to meet performance goals and service level agreements (SLA’s)

Collaborate with various internal teams within the organization to strategically develop use of our online product

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets on an individual and team basis

Required Background and Experience:

5+ years of experience in sales, business development and/or relationship management with a platform-based software solution

Track record of success with customer acquisition and retention

Bachelor’s/Associates degree preferred

Prior experience working with a platform based solution or digital/technology background

High levels of communication skills both verbal and written

Demonstrated ability to work within a high performing team as well as build collaboration channels within the organizations

Problem solving and process improvement skills
