Description
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a unique employment opportunity in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
• Resolve customer credit inquiries and issues in a professional manner
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments
• Utilize skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and data entry
• Process invoices efficiently using software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations
• Assist in other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge of Billing procedures
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Experience with Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks software
• Knowledge of SAP software
• A degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
