Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contract Attorney in Denver, Colorado. This role involves providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, and handling SEC filings.


• Provide legal counsel on a variety of legal issues.

• Draft and review contracts to ensure legal compliance.

• Handle SEC filings and financial reporting.

• Utilize case management software to track and manage cases.

• Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis.

• Handle complaints and claims administration.

• Prepare briefing documents and other legal documentation.

• Manage litigation cases, including civil litigation.

• Use the 3M management system for efficient operation.

• Stay updated with changes in contract law and related legal areas.

Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law.

• A minimum of three years of experience in the legal field, preferably as an attorney or lawyer.

• Proficiency in using legal software such as Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and 3M.

• Familiarity with contract law is necessary.

• Experience in civil litigation and claim administration is highly desirable.

• Ability to handle complaints professionally and effectively.

• Strong skills in SEC filings and SEC financial reporting.

• Proficient in utilizing management systems.

• Excellent briefing and documentation skills.

• Knowledge in legal research and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.

• Superior negotiation skills and the ability to resolve legal disputes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
