A leading and growing boutique litigation defense firm in the DTC, seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4 plus years of experience to join our growing team. The practice areas for this position include personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. This position requires a current license to practice in Colorado, exceptional legal research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, excellent communication, and computer skills. Requirements • Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in civil litigation and construction litigation.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat and document management systems.
• Proficiency in using case management software and conveyancer software.
• Must have experience in claim administration and complex commercial litigation.
• Must have a solid understanding of briefing procedures.
• Demonstrated experience as a litigation attorney, particularly in civil litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client service orientation and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
