Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Robert Half has partnered with a prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in the Denver Tech Center on the search for a 10+ years’ litigation attorney to join their growing team, on a direct hire basis. This Firm is not a high-volume practice, and they strive to offer a high level of service to all clients in which they represent. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the development and execution of litigation strategy for all motor vehicle accident cases.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining expert testimony.

  • Conduct comprehensive case investigations to determine liability, assess damages, and build strong legal arguments.

  • Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and settlement negotiations.

  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

  • Negotiate aggressively with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure maximum compensation for clients.

  • Represent clients confidently in court, delivering persuasive opening statements, cross-examining witnesses, and presenting compelling closing arguments.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.

  • Stay up-to-date on relevant state and federal laws governing automobile accidents and personal injury.

  • Mentor and train junior associates in the practice area.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their case.

  • Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient management of cases.

Requirements • Must possess a valid license to practice law

• Experience in Personal Injury Litigation and Personal Injury Plaintiffs is required

• Proficiency in Evidence Generation and Trial Preparation

• Previous involvement in Accident Investigation

• Familiarity with e-Discovery processes

• Ability to Lead Negotiations effectively

• Experience in handling Depositions

• Previous role as a Litigation Attorney is desirable

• Knowledge of Court Hearings procedures

• Experience in Litigation - Plaintiff is essential

• Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity

• Outstanding negotiation and people skills

• Ability to provide innovative solutions for complex legal issues.
