Contracts Manager

Our client, a high-growth software company with an office in Downtown Denver, is looking for a Senior Level Contracts Manager to support their thriving business. In this position, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for independently leading legal negotiations with customers. To be successful in this position a candidate must have at least 3 years of experience confidently negotiating with sales departments. In this role the Contracts Manager will review and negotiate SaaS agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, NDAs and DPA relating to our clients' services. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading the legal discussion during calls with the client's sales, security and finance teams. To be successful in this position, the Contracts Manager must have a firm understanding of warranties, indemnities and liability, as well as data protection and security requirements. Our client's agreements span multiple jurisdictions, so the ideal candidate will feel comfortable navigating those agreements under the support and supervision of the Corporate Counsel. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys being a part of a team, breaking out of silos and learning from other divisions. They must also have the ability to wear multiple hats and assist for ad-hoc tasks. Our client is offering a very competitive salary and exceptional benefits. Remote and hybrid work is also available. Requirements

3+ yrs of experience of full-cycle contact management

3+ yrs negotiating sales contracts

Must have strong familiarity with SaaS agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, NDAs and DPA

Bachelors degree
