Job Summary

Our Customer Success Manager team advises and guides both clients and candidates to continually drive business success for Robert Half Direct.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for working closely with Robert Half Direct customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience in the platform. You will frequently interact with clients and candidates to ensure engagement, adoption and retention.

You will partner with the business development team to strategically transition clients from the intake through the hire. You will re-engage the Account Executive team as needed throughout the interview process to ensure customer experience is being met.

This position is remote but will service different U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities include individual performance in the following areas:

  • Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first

  • Guide and coach customers dedicated customer success processes

  • Client Success

  • Curation of quality candidate shortlists

  • Candidate selection and interview scheduling

  • Job offers and candidate acceptance

  • Post offer acceptance through guarantee period and beyond

  • Candidate Success

  • Identify new online candidate registrations

  • Assisting candidates from registration through the interviewing stage to job offer and acceptance

  • Strategize and partner with the business development team to help meet performance goals

  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty

  • Identify customer challenges within the platform and actively suggest solutions to see results

  • Troubleshooting with clients and candidates


  • Bachelor’s/Associates degree preferred

  • Prior Recruiting/Agency experience

  • High levels of communication skills both verbal and written

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a high performing/cross functional team

  • Superior customer service skills and experience (high end retail experience helpful)

  • Technology savvy background with ability to quickly learn new platforms/systems

  • Strong desire to succeed
