Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the manufacturing industry to find a Finance Manager. This is a full time, permanent position in Downtown Denver. It is 100% in office, and is paying $115-140k. Additional information and job requirements are below. Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate high-quality financial insights to guide the leadership team in decision-making.

• Provide financial guidance backed by thorough data analysis.

• Lead the quarterly OpEx/CapEx forecasting process.

• Prepare monthly reports and analyses for operational reviews presented to key stakeholders.

• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of tools and processes within Finance.

• Support accounting with analytical input to ensure accuracy in accruals.

• Prepare monthly dashboards for product lines, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and product line P& Ls, with detailed variation analysis.

• Act as a finance partner to product managers, budget owners, and operations leaders, supporting strategic initiatives through investment analysis, business case modeling, and make vs. buy decision support.

• Proactively identify trends and opportunities, making recommendations to improve processes and/or financial performance.

• Foster an environment of financial acumen, visibility, and accountability within the finance organization.

• Work effectively across all organizational levels, spanning multiple continents and time zones.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to the internal control environment and collaborate, as necessary, with internal and external audit teams.

Requirements

They are requiring the following (nonnegotiable)

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

  • Will consider degrees like math, econ, or business with an MBA

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate finance

  • 2+ years experience within OpEx/CapEx / owning that forecasting process

  • 2+ years in manufacturing OR proven experience learning new industries (ideally as a consultant or public accounting)

  • Large company experience

Nice to haves, but not required:

  • MBA CPA CMA

  • Acquisition experience

  • SAP
