Assisting with new-hire onboarding paperwork/orientations
Managing and scheduling interviews
Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements
Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Formulating internal recommendations
Supervising various administrative duties
Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience with Screen Candidates
General familiarity with communication
Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
Practical knowledge of Conducting Phone Screens
Review Resumes experience highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Schedule Interviews
Deep understanding of LinkedIn
Expertise in recruiting
Foundational knowledge in Talent Sourcing
Adeptness in Source Candidates
Background working with customer service
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
