Description Join our energetic, diverse, strategically-thinking team in Denver by joining Robert Half Legal as a Talent Solutions Manager! Our Talent Solutions Managers work in a collaborative team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current talent as legal recruiters. Talent Solutions Managers recruit legal professionals around LA via telephone, video and by conducting in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in legal departments. Responsibilities include: recruiting, interviewing and matching highly skilled legal professionals with clients’ projects, contract assignments and contract to full-time opportunities; managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates; and participating in legal association and networking events to increase Robert Half’s presence in the local business community. Requirements Qualifications: At least a year of legal experience OR at least a year of recruiting experience. Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal degree/certification or law degree preferred. Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency. Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual. Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce). Knowledge and familiarity with legal operations. Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach. Ability to commute to Denver at least twice a week. This role offers a hybrid schedule.
