Description Legal Billing Coordinator

Our client, a mid-sized, boutique 17th Street law firm located in Uptown, has an immediate opening for a full-time Billing Coordinator. The position seeks a highly motivated candidate with 3 plus years of law firm billing experience. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to processing month end billing, assistance with time entry, creating new client matters, making corrections to cost and fee billing entries, finalization and distribution of client bills by both traditional and electronic submission, processing deposits, monitoring A/R, and assist with other special projects as needed. Prior experience working with TABS 3 Billing is required. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be customer focused and have the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Worldox is preferred. The firm offers a very competitive salary annually depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is eligible for the following firm benefits: paid time off, paid covered parking, firm paid medical insurance for the employee and their dependents, employer contribution to health savings account, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including supplemental life, dental, vision, and employer contribution to individual’s 401(k) plan equal to 3% of salary after one year of service.
