Robert Half Litigation Paralegal in Denver, Colorado
Description
Robert Half is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal for a contract opportunity. This individual will provide support to attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including investigation, discovery, trial, and appeal.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis using various online and offline resources.
Manage and organize case documents and evidence, including electronic discovery.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and documents.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
Assist with trial preparation, including drafting trial exhibits and witness lists.
Maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates on case status.
Perform administrative tasks such as calendaring deadlines and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
Experience with e-discovery platforms is preferred.
