Description
My client is a Healthcare Clinic located just outside of Downtown Denver looking for their next Medical Collections Specialist! This Medical Collections Specialist is offering a 40 hour workweek, great benefits (including 401k), and will pay between $24 - $28/hr!
Responsibilities for the Medical Collections Specialist:
Collections from insurance carriers for Worker’s Compensation Claims
Managing monthly aging reports
Manage billing department phones
Submitting appeals
Posting payments to Medisoft
Assisting with month end reports
Managing billing accounts

Requirements
Requirements for the Medical Collections Specialist:
2+ years of Medical Collections experience, ideally within Healthcare
Experience with Worker’s Compensation claims is nice to have
Experience with a medical records system (bonus points for Medisoft)
Experience producing month end reports is nice to have
