Robert Half Office Manager in Denver, Colorado

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Manager in the Investment Management industry, based in Denver, Colorado, 80237, United States. This role primarily involves front desk support, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

• Efficiently manage email correspondence and handle customer inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills

• Answer and transfer phone calls in a polite and timely manner

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Outlook, for various administrative tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer concerns and questions promptly and effectively

• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the office

• Manage and maintain office calendars, coordinating schedules and appointments to optimize workflow

• Support in coordinating events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made and communicated effectively

• Exhibit strong skills in administrative assistance and email correspondence, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in Calendar Management and Coordinating Events

• Strong Customer Service skills with a proven track record

• Excellent Administrative Assistance capabilities

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence in a professional and timely manner

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

• High level of discretion and confidentiality
