Our client, an award-winning general practice litigation firm in Denver, is seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal with 4 plus years’ bankruptcy experience to join their growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: manage assigned cases and related tasks; perform full range of paralegal tasks from inception through case closure; monitor court docket sheets for assigned cases; prepare drafts of notices, motions, fee applications and proofs of claims; prepare deposition notices; etc. Candidates interested in this role should have knowledge of Bankruptcy Court procedures and practices. Familiarity with Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases required. Experience with adversary work is preferred. Experience with e-Filing within the Federal Courts, specifically with both the U.S. Bankruptcy and U.S District Court, as well as with CM/ECF and PACER filing systems required.
