Key responsibilities
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
HealthCare Environment experience preferred
Proven knowledge of HealthCare Organizations
General familiarity with call centers
HealthCare Industry experience highly desired
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft
Call Center Customer Service experience desired
Knowledge of customer service
Deep understanding of account management
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
1+ years of past relevant experience
