Robert Half Project Manager in Denver, Colorado

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, project timelines, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project completion. You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously will be crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.

• Create and maintain all project timelines, plans, and client-facing status reports.

• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to gather necessary resources for successful project completion.

• Initiate work into our project management system and execute integrated cross-functional project plans.

• Understand our clients’ businesses and plan projects accordingly for maximum organizational effectiveness.

• Advocate for great work and remove any roadblocks that could prevent it.

• Manage all external costs associated with projects, including budgetary reporting and proactive approach to identifying potential issues.

• Support driving project management and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements, and personnel assignments.

• Own relationships with freelancers and negotiate their partnership in projects.

• Account Management Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Management role within a Digital or Media Agency.

• Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial management.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.

• Demonstrated ability in Creative Problem Solving, particularly in a project management context.

• Proficiency with Google Suite and other relevant software.

• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing existing client accounts.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Innovation starts with people.®
