Description
We are offering a contract for a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist role in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers and new team members. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing our phone system, processing new team members, coordinating physicals and drug tests for field employees, and assisting with document scanning.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and answer a multi-line phone system efficiently
• Facilitate interaction with new team members and ensure their details are accurately entered into the system
• Coordinate drug tests for field employees as required
• Organize and schedule physicals for field employees
• Conduct driver license checks as part of our due diligence process
• Assist with document scanning and email correspondence as necessary
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain accurate records and organize files
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Utilize your Spanish language skills for translation when necessary
• Schedule appointments as required.
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish)
Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining filing systems
• Capable of scheduling appointments efficiently
• Proficiency in Spanish language for communication and translation
• Experience in Spanish translation is a plus
