OfficeTeam is hiring 6 Seasonal Review Support Associates: you’ll have two primary responsibilities: supporting our homeowners when they have questions or concerns about guest feedback and working to maximize the efficiency of the Reviews Team as a whole. The ideal candidate is eager to help our clients navigate this crucial part of the hospitality industry, and is unmatched in written communication. You’ll need to use empathy and strategic thinking to overcome less-than-favorable reviews and coach our clients on how they can create an experience guests love. You’ll learn the ins and outs of vacation rental performance optimization while contributing in major ways to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound homeowner questions and requests about reviews via email

  • Work with owners to craft public responses to guest feedback

  • Complete administrative tasks as needed to help keep the team running at maximum efficiency

Qualifications

  • Clear, concise and empathetic communicator who enjoys talking to people (via phone and email) and helping them solve problems

  • You’re a strong writer - a grammar whiz and a vocabulary aficionado

  • You are motivated by building rapport with clients and helping them succeed

  • You work well independently and have excellent time management skills

Requirements - Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Deep understanding of email

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
