Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Rust Developer in a Denver, CO. This role operates within the industry, focusing on the development of features and functions to enhance the reliability and stability of our platforms and applications.
Responsibilities:
• Creating metrics for the developed features.
• Setting up and monitoring the application or platform using tools like Kibana Grafana.
• Incorporating the feature into automated deployment through appropriate configuration setup.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of Go and Rust.
• Familiarizing with SQL database structures and conducting regular database maintenance.
• Conducting design development implementation and analysis of technical products and systems.
• Evaluating engineering designs and recommending alterations to development and design to enhance product quality and/or procedures.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing production software issues, and developing monitoring solutions.
• Maintaining software and implementing solutions.
• Establishing standards and procedures for measuring product quality and release readiness, and making related recommendations.
• Building strong relationships with QA and Software Engineers in an operational capacity to ensure continuous delivery of critical systems.
• Provisioning and managing applications in both virtual and cloud infrastructures AWS and Openstack preferred.
• Working with container experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
Requirements • Proficiency in Procedures and Quality assurance
• Extensive experience in IT Operations and Database management
• Skilled in Design and Supervising IT systems
• Ability to handle Production issues and Troubleshoot efficiently
• Expertise in Implementation and Automation of IT processes
• Strong Engineering skills with a focus on Metric Reporting
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Cloud Technologies and Monitoring Tools
• Ability to Maintain Logs and manage data effectively
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Configuration Management
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control
• Experience with Deployments and R Code
• Ability to work Onsite when required
• Knowledge of Go programming language
