Description Do you have experience working as an HR Recruiter? Candidates earning for a new career opportunity, might be interested in this challenging position. Highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiters might be interested in this job at a dynamic organization working with OfficeTeam. This client is looking for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will mainly be required to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions. Key responsibilities

  • Incorporating digital recruiting resources

  • Propping new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Supervising various administrative duties

  • Directing interviews

  • Creating internal recommendations

  • Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements Requirements

  • Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • Highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

    • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience desired

    • Well-founded grasp of Volume Recruiting

    • Proven knowledge of Corporate Recruiting

    • Microsoft Excel experience

    • General familiarity with Microsoft Word

    • You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

    • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

    • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
