Technical Hands On Infrastructure Manager (Direct Hire) ONSITE in the Des Moines Office IOWA AREA.

WORK ONSITE DAILY , WITH FLEXIBILITY EACH WEEK.

This is a Permanent Direct Hire Technical Network Manager / Hands-On Technical Infrastructure Manager position with one of our clients in the Des Moines IOWA area up to $135K PLUS A 10% Bonus depending on years of experience. You must reside in the Des Moines area / drive to Des Moines onsite office weekly.

You must have Current Technical Infrastructure experience, Technical current HANDS-ON skills in both Server infrastructure, Networking, and previous Direct report experience. You will be hands on technical and you will be you will be a difference maker in working with the infrastructure team, being hands on technical and leading a couple of direct reports.

You MUST have both Networking and Server Administration / Systems Administration experience.

What You Will Need to Be Considered for this Onsite Position:

• Technical IT Current Tech experience. You will remain technical long-term.

• Smaller IT / Infrastructure Team, with a small team of technical Direct Reports

• CURRENT Infrastructure experience – Current Technical skills with VMware, Server support / Windows, O365, Exchange OnLine, V-Sphere, Azure and SAN Storage, PLUS Networking including Cisco Switches & Routers, and Cisco Meraki. Powershell Scripting is a Plus.

• Hands On Technical understanding of Server and Network performance and troubleshooting; Windows Server, Active Directory & MS Exchange Server, VOIP, Citrix & HyperVisor technology, Networking : Cisco Meraki and Cisco Routers & Switches , and Cloud – Azure / O365 based technology. O365, Routers / Switches / Storage

• You MUST have both Networking and Systems Administration experience.

• O365 and Cloud experience

• Security / Network Security

• Proven track record of Direct Reports and Developing Staff. You must have Technical enough skills to UPSKILL a Technical Team, and address the technical gaps.

• Manage the data center. Experience managing the Data Center.
